If you need advice or have feedback on hospital, community or mental health services, you can contact a CCG customer care officer who will listen to any concerns, help sort out problems and provide information. All enquiries are completely confidential.

Primary care complaints

Comments, compliments and complaints regarding a GP, dentist, pharmacy or optician should be sent to the practice manager or to the NHS Commissioning Board (NHS England).

Independent complaints advocacy

Independent support with complaints can be sought from PohWER London Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS) using the contact details below.
